There are three full sized guest staterooms with queen and king beds, with a full beam master stateroom with king berth and two guest staterooms with queens, all with en-suites. The library converts to a fourth guest stateroom with upper and lower full berths when desired. In addition to the en-suite baths, there is a day head aft of the salon. The crew's quarters has 3 three cabins and two heads, crew mess, galley and laundry.

The sunken deckhouse provides tremendous natural light into the salon, while the fully enclosed and air conditioned pilothouse ensures safe, comfortable cruising in all conditions. Immediately aft of the pilothouse is the “cockpit”, a deck lounge and dining area with a custom top to provide shade and protection from the elements.

Built-in seating and multiple tables may be raised and lowered, or expanded for accommodating large groups, or for more intimate settings. Side gates in the protective cockpit bulwarks offer access to the side decks and a massive sun pad lounge aft, complete with padded railings is favored by those looking to soak up the sun or stargaze.

The aft deck area is huge, thanks in part to the transom extension, and the ideal area to enjoy the day’s sail in any of the teak chaise lounges. The deck spaces are wide and uncluttered, permitting comfortable passage and movement on deck.

The enclosed pilothouse has excellent 360 degree visibility with unobstructed views. The helm console is forward and centerline, offering sail trim and captive winch controls, as well as all the necessary navigation and communication electronics for global cruising in safety and comfort. A large bench seat behind the helm contains chart and drawer stowage, while a complete navigation center is to starboard of the door in the aft bulkhead leading to the cockpit. Watertight doors lead to port and starboard side decks while stairs to starboard of the helm console lead to the salon below.

The salon is bathed in light from large windows in the cabin trunk, and provides superb views of the surroundings. Offering contemporary furnishings and décor, accentuated by her spectacular white oak millwork, a sofa along the starboard salon side is separated from a matching loveseat by two coffee tables, while a bar, complete with refrigerator, storage, sink, icemaker and swivel bistro chairs looks forward over the foredeck. Aft of the sofa is an office area with computer work station. To port, a large J-shaped sofa sits on a raised platform, providing wonderful views afforded by the cabin trunk windows. Coffee tables may be raised and expanded to create a formal dining area when preferred, and forward to port, built-in coolers maintain your wines at the ideal temperature while a large format TV raises or lowers from the cabinetry.

A set of stairs on the centerline leads aft to the guest accommodations. Forward and to starboard is a mosaic walled day head/powder room with bespoke glass sink on a stainless pedestal, and a toilet and marble flooring. Further aft, two similarly sized guest staterooms, port and starboard, offer double berths, daybed sofas, nightstands/desks and wardrobes. En-suite baths off each have a vanity with sink and storage, toilet, and marble showers.

The Owner's stateroom is aft and takes advantage of the entire beam, with king island berth, nightstands, wardrobes, and a sofa to starboard, while a built-in chest of drawers is to port, with stone countertop. Port lights in the hull side and cabin trunk provide great natural lighting and ventilation. An en-suite bath is expansive and offers a generous stone topped vanity with storage and double sinks, toilet, and jetted spa/tub.

A favorite area aboard is the library forward and to port of the master stateroom. It has fiddled bookshelves, a TV, and an oversized sofa that converts to upper and lower berths when needed for extra yet comfortable accommodations.

Forward of the salon and down several steps is the galley and crew area. The galley is to port, U-shaped with plenty of storage, stone countertops, and all the appliances needed to prepare culinary delights. Across to starboard is the captain’s cabin with double berth, storage and wardrobe, as well as en-suite bath with shower. Moving forward along the companionway is a laundry with stacked washer and dryer.

Further forward to starboard is a crew cabin with full size berth, storage and wardrobe. Across to port to the crew mess/lounge dinette, while the second crew bath is forward, with head to port and shower to starboard. Forward is a crew cabin with upper and lower bunks port and starboard, offering accommodations for up to four in this cabin.

The engine room is accessed from the crew area and is bright and clean, well laid out, with good access to most all machinery and systems.

Tenders                 16’5” Williams 505D w/ 100hp Yanmar diesel & water jet (2012)

Offers excellent pedigree in a sailing yacht with superb handling and performance. Combining the design genius from the board of the famous Boston Naval Architects, John G. Alden with America’s premier builder of large sailing yachts,  a wonderful sailor featuring a fin keel/centerboard underbody, TOTO is comfortable in both the shallows of the Bahamas as well as on trans-ocean passages.

From 2000 to mid-2003 the current Owner undertook a major refit including replacement of the entire millwork package, an extension of the stern by 5’, and replacement of virtually all mechanical systems throughout.

To create the new interior millwork, the Owner sourced a single white oak log from England from which to create the beautifully matched grain veneers.

Mechanical works included new Caterpillar main engine, new Northern Lights generators, new and improved air conditioning systems, and many more updates. A new carbon fibre mast was added, complete with in-mast furling.

Offering three well-appointed double, en-suite staterooms, and maintained by a full time, professional crew,  now offered by a sincere seller anxious to move ahead with the next chapter of his yachting life.

A June 2016 yard period included new antifouling and zincs, Prop Speed on running gear, center board hydraulics serviced, main davit removed and serviced, and shaft log serviced and repacked.
