*Sold over 1000 boats to date

*Operated four California offices staffed with 25 sales persons selling new and brokerage boats. 

*The Marina del Rey office was located at a high traffic a prime corner location with a 7500 sq ft outdoor display lot that  showcased yachts up to 70’, and  included an in-house computerized sign shop, maintenance shop,  6,000 forklift, Yardarms for setting boats onto the lot, boat yard jacks and blocks for blocking boat on the lot, and two long raised walkways that allowed  clients can walk onto  the boats.

*100 pre-owned and new  boat in inventory at any one time

*West Coast dealer for Defever/Ocean Yachts (50’ Ocean LRC on my display lot), Rodman Yachts including 7 Rodman boats that included 

   56’ and 65’ Rodman's in-the-water in front of the Newport Beach office,  Formula Boats (Sub-Dealer with TVS) with minimum

   of four Formula’s on my Marina del Rey display lot, Nassau Yachts  that included a 60’ Nassau on the lot and a 60’ demo boat in the water

    in MDR (Nassau Yachts was taken over by McKinna Yachts), Dyna Craft Yachts with a 70’ Dyna in-the-water  in front of my Newport

   Beach office (as a sub-dealer of importer, John Berry Yachts).

* Implemented  aggressive marketing programs, both traditional, SCO and  Social Media Marketing that included:

     *Email and comprehensive implementation of Social Media marketing  on Twitter, Facebook (including  Facebook paid ads), Youtube,

       Instigram, LinkedIn, Google+, Google+ Hangouts ( live video), Pinterest, Twitter Chats,Tweet-Ups, etc

     *Created over 300 Youtube videos  for my clients’ boats linked to company  Social Media marketing sites

     *In-The-Water Boat Shows with 4-10 boats per show

     *Large custom advertising posters printed in my shop in-house print shop on a 36" HP ink jet color printer

     *Magnetic signs for all my sale persons cars made in my in-house computerized sign shop

     *20’ tenders in the water at all my offices w/ith the company name on the sides of the tenders

     *2- person submarine on the Marina del Rey display lot to attract attention and on trailer for advertising display  at boat shows

*Built and operated chain of restaurants with a staff of 120 personal.
